Pineapple Au Gratin
This quick and easy side is the perfect pair to any holiday ham dinner

- 2 20 oz cans pineapple tidbits
- 6 tbsp flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups shredded sharp yellow cheddar
- 1 sleeve buttery crackers, crushed approx. 1 ½ cups
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat an 8x8 or 9x9 square baking pan with cooking spray.
Drain the juice from the pineapple cans. Dump the pineapple into a medium mixing bowl.
Add the sugar, flour, and cheese to the bowl with the pineapple. Mix and spread into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
In a small mixing bowl, add the crackers and drizzle the butter overtop. Mix well and and sprinkle overtop of the pineapple.
Bake 30 minutes. Cool slightly and enjoy.
