Veggie-Packed Healthy Turkey Meatballs
These delicious baked meatballs are made with lean turkey and packed with veggies for a healthy, crowd-pleasing dinner

- 1 lb ground turkey
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 large egg lightly beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
- ¼ tsp onion powder or swap for ½ small grated onion
- 1 clove crushed or minced garlic
- ½ tsp Italian Seasoning Blend or sub for 2 Tbs fresh chopped parsley
- ½ cup finely grated zucchini
- ¼ cup finely grated carrot
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Gently combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl until just mixed (do not overwork!).
Form mixture into 1 ½" balls with your hands or a cookie scoop and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake 11-13 minutes until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
